service, whether constructive or positive, we would like to hear from
you. Our corporate Customer Service Department is available Monday
through Friday, 8am to 5pm. Weekend calls or emails will be returned
promptly Monday morning. If your concern needs immediate attention,
feel free to contact the local salon manager at the salon at which
you tan. We appreciate your business, comments and suggestions and
assure you that we will address any and all concerns in an expeditious,
professional and courteous manner.
Due to security reasons TOP CLUB cancellations, freezes, upgrades
or other changes cannot be made via the internet but must be made
in person at the Tan One nearest you.
